What about using a UVB reptile light?


here are a few for example:
Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 HO UVB: high output fluorescent reptile lights emit beneficial UVB
Reptile Terrarium Lighting: T-Rex Active UV Heat Bulb provides UVA and UVB for pet reptiles
Reptile lighting: UVB Compact fluorescent reptile lighting at Drs. Foster & Smith
Reptile lighting: UVA UVB lighting: flood lamps at Drs. Foster & Smith

Yeah guess that would save me some $, but imagie the UV matal hallide would put out, and HPS also has the same warning...It would be like a controled detonation of an Abomb in my grow room, if it actually works my guess it will either fry the plants or it will create a monster!

Im pretty sure the bulbs are pressurized, no? if you break the glass i dont think it'll work

Thats what I thought , but than they have this warning on the box so it cind of got me thinking, I wish somebody knew 4 sure...

If you realy want some UVB on your plants, go to any reptile store/website and ask for a UVB globe. but personally I think its BS.

What a huge load of crap.

Good thing he ended with the disclaimer that all of this is his own take on it..

'cus he has no fuckin clue. Indoor pot no good/placebo? Yeah..right.

I could stomp his sorry ass and lock him to the couch in 3 tokes!
