Some helping heads needed!

Hello fellow enthusiast. My name is g and i am seriously considering starting to grow my own crop. I`ve been puffing the herb for 17 years now and kinda got sick(i know it took me awhile) of paying for my herb and also tired of the inconsistency of yer common dealer. Although i have a reliable source for more then 3 years now, he has failed in many occasions to rise to decent standards, and being that i`m almost 35 it`s hard for a chap like me to just stroll into the skate park and ask to buy without being assaulted by stupid questions or all them young guys going into panic mode. So given all of the above i am seriously considering getting my own indoor tent operation going. I never grew before so i`m a total newbee at this, but i am one avid reader and a very curious guy by nature, that is i don`t mind reading loads about this subject and getting my facts straight before i venture into it. My ideea is to buy a 5x9 tent (i think gorilla tents are the best from what i`ve read), and a smaller tent for veg, so i can run a kind of perpetual harvest, i know secret jardin tent manufacturers have a perpetal harvest tent, but i`m not sure about the quality. I want to have a maximum of 12 flowering plants at a time, grown in hydrophonic enviroment, and another 12 ready to take their place as soon as the first 12 are ready for harvest. I was considering LED lighting but i`m not convinced. My goal is to harvest approx 2 pounds a months and my starting budget is around 3500 euros (minus the seeds). I am open to suggestions regarding the lights, tents and grow medium (i was considering coco) any other sort of help i can get, or directions to do my own research are more then welcome. And also i`m not sure about the strain i want. Bottom line is what does one need to achieve a 2 pounds harvest monthly but also i would like some nice weed too.
P.S. English is not my first language so i`m sorry for any inconvenience .
P.S.S I live in Europe and i`m only going to start growing in about six months (approx March - April 2018).

As far as stains I'd recommend White Widow for its ease to grow, quality if grown correctly, and moderate thc level. Your tent size sounds pretty fair, and 2 pounds a month wouldn't be hard, but it would be a mass collection rather monthly. It's very hard to start one plant a month and hope that it'll be ready the same time as you're taking one out to harvest

I have lots of tips an suggestions for you. However I'm fresh out of surgery a day ago and still loopy on meds. Of you DM me I will get back to you in a couple days and help you with design and everything. I recently ordered some COB led setups from timbergrowlights.com but I've never used Led so I cant confirm yet. However as far as your tents, if you have any building skills at all I would definitely build your own, tents are unnecessarily expensive. The reason I'm getting into Led is because lifespan, 0 maintenance, and smaller electric bills. But you can't go cheap. If you decide to go HPS/MH you have all kinds of heating and exhaust issues to consider. I feel like I'm rambling. I'm gonna stop. For now.

Thank you very much fro taking your time to answer and i wish you a hasty recovery. Of course i will wait until you are better and then i will take your advice.

Yes, i was considering either White Widow or Ak-47, just because by the time i hit my first bong ever, in the summer of 2000 those war the must try strains, they were en vogue and everybody was talking about them and they kinda stuck with me.
