Some leaves are turning lime green 4-5 weeks into flowering.

The strain is super skunk and it’s a photoperiod seed, it’s been healthy throughout its life and thrived from a seedling without the use of a ph test and other fancy stuff, I’ve used canna veg nutes through the veg period and now I’m using bio-bizz bloom during the flowering stage. The past 4-5 days some of the leaves have turned yellow which I’ve removed and others are a tiny bit lime green. The buds however are fantastic snell great, they’re solid and are nearly doubling in size everyday. What could be causing the lime green and yellow leaves? Thanks. (If you need any more photos I’m willing to take more)

It sounds like youve stopped giving her veg nutes you should be using them all way till harvest time. However its nothing to worry about the plant seems like its just flushing itself. Id slowly increase giving the veg nutes again up until 2 weeks before harvest to give a decent flush.

Can you explain why I’d give a plant in flower, veg nutes and not flowering nutes?
You give the plant both flowering and veg nutes in all stages you just increase the flower nutes the more developed the buds get. The plant will also benefit from micronutrients at all stages of growth

Okay thanks for the advice, the flowering nutes I’m using have a ratio of 2-7-4, does it actually need more nitrogen? And if it does how much should I use?

Its hard to say without knowing the ratio of your veg nutes. Id use close to the recommended amount just slowly add more veg nutes with each feed an keep an eye on the plant. Are they inorganic nutes? If so youll see a quick change if the plants happy or not but as i said start slow as the plant is in its late stage it wont need much N anyway. Good thing about inorganic nutrients theyre easy to flush out if you overfeed.

Plants when they first enter flower still use a decent amount nitrogen for the first couple of weeks. It's important that they still have that. After that you can just give them the flower. I use alaskan fish fert for the extra n boost for the first few weeks. I wouldn not suggest lots of nitrogen through til the end. They dont need it. It might keep your plant green but too much n can cause for more leafy buds or even slow down flowering.
Also depending where you live the plants will start to fade no matter what you do. For instance it gets pretty cold here in the fall nights fast and rains a lot. My plants will start fading fast because of that.
