I'm thinking, if things go your way...you'll pull them a week before the surgery and know that you can medicate with some beautiful smoke afterwards

Great first grow man. Yield is hard to estimate. Especially through pictures. As far as when to chop, the plant in post #12 that you were asking about in particular looks like it is the farthest along. It makes it easier to follow along if you label them.
