HHO setup:
Solar panel array .
charge controller.
battery bank.
positive negative leads each hooked to a stainless steel plate
(gold I imagine would be better,but it is greedly hoarded for some reason?).
in a non conductive container fill with conductive water (salt water is perfect,and requires no drilling...imagine that.).
place each plate on either side of container.
thru electrolysis charged ions going from pos to neg pulls apart the H2O bond.
2 Hydrogen atoms 1 Oxygen atom can now be extracted for storage in gaseous elemental form.
each side will either put out H or O gas depending on wich side is pos neg.
the side with H will bubble more rapidly more than O side (do you know why?).
If they say it is too flammable,then just cut in some carbon dioxide.
If they say the steel plates corrode too much,then use ultra low carbon stainless steel,or better yet stop worshipping gold.
