Some tips?

Hi guys, i am new here and to growing,i will post some pics of my plants and i need some tips if i'm doing it right.
The big ones(Blue Mystic) are in the 3rd week of veg.
The small ones (Short Rider) are in the 1st week of veg.
I use 5 cfl's 2 with white light(6500K)and 3 with warm light(2700k)
The big ones are around 11-12" in height and in length around 15-16"
The small ones are around 2-3"
What i want to know if they have the correct height and length?

The only thing I'd say is maybe try and get the bulbs a ljl closer to your plants is all..
You wanna keep CFLs about 2 inches max from the plants ..
Kinda hard to judge distance as I'm on a phone and the pix are very small..

If you are doing a first CFL grow, I recommend that you get this book - Marijuana Buds for Less by SeeMoreBuds. His book is particularly for CFL grows and he basically takes you step by step with LOTS of pics so you can see what he is talking about.

Why do they have such long stems on them fan leaves, not saying its bad. Just all my plants have like inch stems idk...might get some more light or lower your lights, I can't really tell but it appears as if you recently topped and that they might have been stretching a good bit before that. but its hard to see ..
