Every resource told me that it would have to sit overnight, but this happened in a few minutes. Silver is from a reliable source. Used 3, 9v batteries and distilled water. Meter read 0PPM on the distilled water itself. Whole mixture appeared cloudy. Someone on here even told me I would be lucky to crack 100PPM colloidal silver with a homemade getup anyway. What gives?
