You might as well grow your plants on your land if you are going to let someone grow on your property...There is no quandary. I can do as I see fit. Im sure all of you who suggests I not grow Anthe land of others grow on your own land exclusively and I admire that. For me guerrilla growing IS growing where I am the safest. Its also interesting that so many are suggesting that I am due a cut.if its unethical than why should it matter how much I allow myself. Is it theft or not. Chances are good that I will let him harvest but intimately it will be my decision. Just hope I am as ethical as so many of you.
I see what you're saying ... a rake isn't a trap, not really. But i would not leave a rake. it would be soooo embarrassing to have the dogs ID the scent on the handle. cnHow so? If someone comes onto MY property and steps on my rake? He was on my property. A lawyer would need to prove malicious intent. If a judge didn't throw that out of court I would be more than surprised.
That's why I love the ribbon idea. It says Gotcha, while saying a couple of other things: You don't know just who gotcha. You may or may not come back to plants the next time. Move'm if you want to un-gotcha.Instead of thinking about how it can profit you - by way of a new gun or grow light - think about the roles being reversed... how would you want the guy to handle YOUR plants he finds growing on HIS land... in that question you will find the answer to this quandary.
Piss on them. It's free, and you don't have to carry anything!!!!!!Just spray um with round up and he'll think twice about useing crappy soil. Lol he'll be better off and you will be to.
But no way to prove you didn't just drop it while carrying some of YOUR gardening tools on YOUR property.I worry that a hotshot attorney could turn a rake-induced injury into a major headache for the landowner. cn
Poor, clumsy, blind tresspasserHope that attorney can do something about the trespassing and illegal grow.
Smoke report!!!!! cnWell WTF!! I was on my way to my plants so I swung by my pals. His seven plants were doing OK. He might even get a couple of OZ's or more out of the six left.
You see for whatever reason his are a couple of weeks further along than mine. I had been thinking about the ribbon and a bunch of other ideas but I just could not be bothered. I came up with a better warning not to grow on my land.... I took out my pocket knife and cleanly removed the top of the best one. I'm guessing he will heed the warning and wonder why they were not all gone and I guess he will be picking a little earlier than he had hoped but he will be picking. Yes!! I am an asshole but I actually feel pretty good about not taking them all and frankly all things considered I treated him pretty well.
And everybody lived happily ever after.
Don't let it leave a sour taste. Just consider it "rent"No that's not it at all tennis. I wasn't afraid that he was going to pick them early the problem was I didn't have any weed to smoke.
All I can tell you cm is that its going to leave a bad taste in my mouth. The sweet taste of victory is not so sweet when you cheat.
