Plants go through a life cycle. You will have some natural die off around week 4 or 5 and again at the end. What concerns me is the little brown spots on your leaves and how they're curling. What is the rh(relative humidity) of your grow room.

Ranges from 37 to 40 lights on and goes up in the 60 to 70 lights off

You want to shoot for about 55% constant humidity. I bet if you do that you will see a improvement. Maybe run a oscillating fan in the dark cycle. Cut a fan in the daytime? Plants sweat a lot at night.

what nutes do you use and how long have you had them for?
also looks to me like that plant needs nitrogen. The first 2-3 weeks of flower your plants mostly stretching not producing buds so it still needs a lot of nitrogen. and you said it started to yellow after the first week... thats not common and its not common to yellow out on week 4 or 5 either i dont care what anyone says. if you take care of your plant it will remain a beautiful green until you flush

I suspect you've given too much fert. you have to write how much you fertilize, how often, room temp. but I'm pretty sure you're poisoning them with too much roots.

What do I do now I took them to the sink and ran water through them til it was clear coming out.. And I'm pretty sure that's what I did was to much nutrients how do I fix it don't wanna loose all my plants!!!

How much of each do you use and how often do you add it?
Quit using the grow one when I switched the lights was feeding according to bottle though and doing it every other time I watered.. Now I'm just using the bloom one And started only putting a teaspoon per gallon of water but haven't used it lately cause wasn't sure just been watering..

that pot looks kind of small for that plant. the npk amounts look kind of low so I suppose you could try a dose of the grow fert for its nitrogen and see what happens.

That sounds like the problem. Plants stretch for the first three wweks of flower as you saw first hand im sure. During the stretch phase they use lots of nitrogen. Personally i run the grow side until week three and then switch to bloom. Ive watched many people including myself yellow prematurely because they trusted the soil to have enough food for all of veg. Adding a bunch of food in veg fortifies the plant with all the good nitrogen it will need for stretch.
So since you flushed it already, id probably give it a dose or two of full strength veg food and then switch back to the bloom food at maybe a tad more than you were feeding before.
