I check leaves everyday, havent noticed anything on the underside of leaves. Only spots i currently have are what seems to be early stage of burn spots
and the one to the left of it yes

I mainly made the switch due to a couple gnats since havent seen any. Also bought some neem oil would that get sprayed on the soil or straight on the plant
If its for gnats, id do soil drench. For thrips, mites spray everything!
You have to mix that neem with an emulsifier if you didn't know already.

It depends on your neem oil. An emulsifier is either saponin(soap) or silica.
