something to be concerned about?

You'll see those types of leaves especially nearer the bottom all the time. Like geez said no spread no worries. I pack my flower rooms and prune as much as I can beforehand but still some lower branches and leaves exist that don't get much or any light and they get black or brown sometimes around the tips and edges, looks nasty but in my system it's normal. They die and fall off. When you have a real issue, you will know.

probably not. its not spreading so i dont see the harm
I had a seedling that was slow to grow due to its shoot was all brown kind of looked like your plant's leaf. It wouldn't grow at all, until that is I topped it then it started growing vigorously. I think when you have bad parts of a leaf, the plant still devotes energy to it. When you trim off the bad parts, it reverts that energy back to new growth.
