Something's growing alongside my seedling?

Is it possible that it is a second growth? The mix was partly made of a cow manure compost so it could also be a weed from that. I want to leave it as it is if it's a second offshoot, but is that even possible?

The photo actually doesn't show it off too well but it looks more like 2nd shoot to me now (which I just found out is possible).

The cow stuff wasn't the first choice but just making use of what I had left, it's fine for seedlings with the added peat moss.

there is blood and bone meal you can give your plants. post to be good for flowering.

but the drop of blood has
  • Chromium
  • Iodine
  • Manganese
  • Molybdenum
  • Selenium
  • Zinc
so I guess, assuming you plant absorbs it: you will be part of your own plant.
