Don't have the water up in the net pot. Have it a 1/2" below.

Very cool room. Rdwc for the win. I love that shit i do it differently though. Waterfall style. Gravity returns my soup to the res. So you're using co2? I couldn't tell what the hoses are for? And you probably need a chiller if you want your roots to survive. It's a lot to swallow cash wise, but so worth it. Just get a 1/10hp. Good up to like 50-75 gals.

No need for a chiller yet, but that's a fair point I should look into it. This meathod ideas taken from Yoda on a different forum and it's what I used for my last grow. It takes about an hour to know if your adjustments are good but that's fine with me since once I'm home to take care of it and make sure it's right.Very cool room. Rdwc for the win. Also thought it was funny your hygrometer shut on you. Mine did the same thang.
I was looking at ways of saving myself the money for a chiller. I really suggest you just bite the bullet and buy one. I've had an eco plus and a Hydrofarm one running on and off as it needs, constantly, for months. No issues. They do what you want. It's a great investment and pretty much necessary if you want success in Hydro. DwC/RDWC in particular.Water chiller idea....
I'll check it out if this $30 option doesn't work. I've ran with high temps and good temps..I was looking at ways of saving myself the money for a chiller. I've heard good things (mostly) about HydroGuard. I'm partial to the idea of using a product to hold off anything from getting settled in to your soup that you don't want, rather than having good low 64-68* temps ensures a healthy Oxygen RICH media for your roots to soak in and looooove. It's nice and cool 4'+ below the earth, trust me. You starve your roots of much needed o2 by having anything above 70*ish.
