So in a hasty move last night while running late from work to get home to take my wife out I watered my plants a bit to much.... I check in on my ladies this morning before I run off to work to find *GASP* them totally bent over to the ground leaning all over the place,,, literally leaning over the pot, from the weight maybe .. or the amount of water I gave them .. or perhaps both caused it I dont know.
Anyway I tied them up to a couple of dowell rods with some yarn in hopes that they will in fact get stronger or regain the strength to hold themselves up right. I am in week 6 of flowering on my first grow here and very very very very sad at the moment.
The main stem on both of them is not snapped or disfigured from the bending all night in anyway... but they still look sad. My question is will they survive a night of being bent over to the ground ? Or should I harvest now? I will monitor them as close as I can over the next 24 hours. But what type of signs should I look for if the plants dont recover from the over watering getting bent over stupidty I have caused?
Some fast backround on the plants, 6th week flowering, soil ph is 7 & water ph used to feed is 6.8 the day time temp is 85 max, night time temp is 72, I am not using any nutes at the momnet due to nute burn recieved when I transplanted them two weeks ago into MG ocelote* soil.I have a fan for fresh air on them and I am using a 250 watt HPS to flower them. I will post some pics in another thread following this one.
