SOS (save our sweet zz!)

My sweetzz has took some nasty sunburn while i was away the last 3 days right at the top the main cola is dry to the touch is this too far gone? Any help and tips would be appreciated

400w sunmaster multi spectrum i think im not too sure im new do this haha ive had a nuit problem before tho it didnt look like
that its all really dry n crisp at the top the rest of the plant looks happy tho like

hmm, we need to focus on one thing. heat stress that is the hottest point (top of you plant ) how many degrees? what is height between plant lamp?
 
Well i came home and it was like 2" from the bulb but i cant go any higher inside the tent. So ive bent some of the new growth at the top and tied it away from the light atm so now id say its about 11 or 12" away now just dont know where to go from here
 
Post a photo of the plant and you'll get more help. May need to super crop so you don't keep cooking plants.
 
Ill get some better photos up tommorow my dudes. ive been reading up alot about supercropping n stuff but this it my first run im just to scared i fuck her up its all learning tho ✌thanks for your help guys ill get back to ya tomorrow
