Soundproofing the walls?

Whats the best material to do this? Im able to contruct my room and Im wondering what i should put in the walls to kill the sound?

Just any sound coming from the room, mainly the air pumps, and fans, those being the loudest

5/8th drywall, 2x4 stud, insulation, 5/8th drywall again. Metal exterior door. It's not rocket science. You won't need to do anything fancy.

Hasbroh, that doesnt seem like it would do anything lol. Just some foam.

Mojo I like to completely reduce the sound, and have the opportunity the put stuff behind the drywall to completely cut the sound, Id like to take advantage.

Actually, polyiso is an excellent thermal as well as sound insulation, one of the best. It's not "Just some foam". Usually the better the thermal insulation the better the sound insulation. I made some custom garage doors with 3" board and the sound proofing was extremely good. I was more concerned as to whether anyone has had gassing off problems or any other problems. It has a reflective aluminum skin which would also be good.
