I don't medically grow, it's simply personal right now. Granted any extra can be gotten rid of...but I'd prefer to stay personal for now. Just to play with techniques before I grow more than I need. I guess I need to look into energy consumption between HPS and CFL's, and safety precautions with my CFL's having/needing so many outlets. The aroma of my sour diesel hybrid is enough to keep my at one plant...it's hard to have people over when the house smells like straight skunk weed.

lol...thats jut one LST and supercropped Sour diesel plant. there are other ladies off to the right but the SD needed some buckets around it to hold the branches up.

im not sure if it is or not. i got a clone from an old school grower thats had the strain going since the 80s. i dont know much more about it truthfully except i have grown 20+ different strains and this one by far is the highest yielding. close to a half lb in just a 4 week vegg and about 11 week flower time. here is another pic of her big ol' ass.

Just an update. Day 31 of flower. I have had some red spots on leaves, they seem to be in clusters, I've chopped them off, had one just turn into an autumn leaf...not sure what it is...But any advice would be nice!! Lemme know how she looks. I apologize for the side ones, too high to figure it out!!

that plant looks pretty good and healthy. its about as bright green as green can be..u got any pics of the "red clusters" ? leaves do die all on their own, so dont panic too much..lol.

I can try to get a picture of one when the lights go back on, they're near the bottom part of the plant where its hard for the light to reach, specially with the cfl's. Figured it was just leaves dieing, lack of lighting, or something with the nutes.

I'm at the end of week 5 of flowering and I notice that my girl like yours doesn't have too much frosting on it. It has to be specific to Sour Diesel?

mine dont get the really sugary leaves either like some other strains. its normal. the buds tho...are super sticky and and full of tri's. this strain dont really produce alot of sugar leaves..mainly just fan leaves.

Mine are actually getting quite frosty, almost at the 5 week mark. Mine is also a Sour Diesel hybrid, the lack of frosting could be a SD genetic, and maybe the genes mine were crossed with starts the trichs early. I pulled the lady into the kitchen for a photo shoot, see if I could get some better pictures of her under better light. Tried with and without the flash, lol, the zoom on the iPhone is kinda hard to keep still.

So my little lady is no more. Our front door window broke last night and the cops got called on a "domestic dispute." My wife wasn't even home, there was no search warrent, and no permission to enter. So of course, when they entered, I resisted. I was put in handcuffs and escorted to the back seat, where I stayed while the two officers tore up my house. NONE of my equipment was taken. JUST my little lady. I have my lights, my soil, my ferts....and no charges were pressed. The outcome wasn't "lucky" but rather unorthodox.

I'm not in a Med state, and based on possession laws here, they let me off on a felony charge, $10,000 fine and 5 years. Granted thats the max, but the felony is what gets me. I could have been charged EASILY with intent to sell along with possession. They didn't even give me a warning. Nothing. Just set my lady next to me, uncuffed me, told me what a beautiful looking plant I had, and took off. Under our laws, cultivation means the same thing as selling. Which I have a scale out in the open, but I'm a chef, it's for cooking, never do I sell.

oh man...that sucks. sounds like u got off easy tho. try and get urself a card so u dont have to go through that shit again. nothing worse than the MaN takin ur herb.
