sour diesel was from a chem dawg renamed diesel by a nyc grower and was pollinated by a hermaphrodite massechusetts super skunk and those seeds were the original sour d.

And thats exactly what I got except I crossed it with widow and some purp over the last 10 years.

hey im out here in sac too. i just wanted to know how your plant is cuz im thinking about trying out some sour diesel also! please let me know, sour diesel is the best [taste wise] i've ever tried. it doesnt have that strong weed taste it has a, well idk what it has but it tastes good lol!!

i just got my med card and i went to get a clone in fresno and just picked up one sour deisel clone, i might try a differnt club to get clones thier selectoin sucked,
 
me and 3 of my buddys were in NYC 2 years ago and came across some sour diesel.. well we smoked 1 bowl of it and was high for 4 hours easy! best weed ive ever smoked!!
 
about 1-1/2 mos. ago someone brought me 4 plants that were in a bad way & flowering the buds just had that smell to them & SPARKLES ON BUDS supposedly [i learned later] sour diesel from club in sacramento i transplanted them 2 i left outdoors [harvested yesterday]&2 others i put indoors & reverted back to vegging for the purpose of cloning it seems like ''the shit''i plan on keeping the strain alive through the winter for outdoor grow in spring i use lemon juice to lower ph. in water & when i rub buds i get a slight hint of lemon smell dont know if smell is heriditary or from the juice but i like buds are curing will smoke some soon authentic s/d i really dont know. whatever i got is really nice not a big yielder but well worth my effort & time so far

How could you hate the taste of sour d..

Its my FAVORITE tasting weed of all times.. So different.. I can smoke sour all day all night lol.

I heard sour D is something chemdawg and OG kush or something but all i know is that all 3 strains are killer and are family related genetics. Cant wait till seeds come out.
 
sour diesel is def some killer bud no doubt..but this is the only dank weed in my neighborhood..ive been smoking this from my supplier for over a year...its ether diesel or mids...this is why i started growing to expand my variety
 
Sorry to disappoint but the strain of sour d originated from the UMASS Amherst AREA. Maybe your "city" made the cross breed of Afhani and Hawaiian Indicas to create NYC Diesel but no true sour d. Sour D literally smells like skunk and when you smoke it, it has a fuel taste, giving it its name!
