I was searching for the La Plata Labs thread and saw this first.A few of us were curious and I took the plunge.I just put three of these in soil tonight. They are freebees I got from seedsman and are by la plata labs. Anyone grown these? Haven't found much information about them or the breeder.
Nice man! I'm smoking a nug of right right now.....SOUR with a slight sweetness.. Probably the pez?....Can't wait to put them into flower if they are going to turn out like that. All three germed no problem, although one is a bit of a runt, but I think it will be fine.
She is looking good! Happy growing! How she's doing so fare now in a 1 gall pot
I have some Sour Pez & Colorado Clementines I just picked up. I'll be dropping 5 of the Sour Pez to see what I get. I was hoping for a fast finisher, as the packs are labeled 50-60 days... but 77 days for something like those pics above would be okay too.Anyone else with the Sour Pez? I'll be popping a few to see what I get soon!
Mario, keep us updated!
It is a bitch to go by what the breeder says on the package, even if you give them a nice veg time it is never a for sure that it will even be within the range they give.I have some Sour Pez & Colorado Clementines I just picked up. I just let the plants tell me when they're done. I grow mostly indica dom strains, and most of my plants have finished under the 10 week mark, most often coming in around the 60th day. 9 weekers work in my rotation best, but I'll grow anything that I enjoy smoking. I'm hunting through quite a few strains right now to figure out what I'll be running next year.It is a bitch to go by what the breeder says on the package, even if you give them a nice veg time it is never a for sure that it will even be within the range they give.
But like you said that is some nice bud, 77 days would be worth it.
I don't even look at the flowering times anymore, I don't even count the days. I can tell when a plant is ready to be chopped down it literally tells you.I just let the plants tell me when they're done. No its not a common used shedule. I love it. Save on electric, plants express different traits, plants finish average 5 days quicker with approximately 5% loss of yeild but only one certain strains yeild loss. I veg on 16/8 also. Plants only really need 14 hrs of light for veg. If you pay attention close to end of 18/6 they look like they are Lil droopy not problematic droop but like they already goin to rest period. Like how clones under 24 hrs light will do still.i enjoy this light schedule an my plants do too.Is 10/14 a common light schedule or is it more on the periphery of accepted practices for flowering? I come from the school of consistent 12/12
