Sources of Mag (Coconut!?!)

Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone uses Coconut water or milk for sources of mag or other reasons in their tool kit?
I have a very heavy mag feeder and I am wanting to vary my sources of mag. Yes I know about Cal mag and I know about Epson salts.
I am hoping for some first hand knowledge of someone who uses it regularly.

Ok look like this falls to me. I am starting with a folar spray of coconut milk and some pahrana . 7mL of milk and a couple of drops of the mircorisal in one liter . First I am testing as a Potassium emergency bandaid, I have a couple of plants that have just finished a big grow spurt and are adjusting to new lights and have seemed to out grow their potassium. A little squirt squirt and a little wait. Lets see what that does.

Why milk and not water you ask??? Because that is what is on hand

Grinding down the husk and mixing it into soil always gave me good results with water only grows.

Plenty of trace minerals in the husk & i like to add it with oyster shell flour however, i have found raw coconut juice can be a bit too strong for soil depending on the source of drupe. Consistency in strength is a bitch with coconuts so test it first, i guess thats why some dont taste the same.

Well I hit on some gold today, in every reference to Coconut someone eventually brings up aloe vera, I have been searching for a surfractant since I can't easily get yuka near me. Apparently everyone is drinking this shit buy the gallon so I was able to pick up a gallon for 8 bucks at walmart of all places. We shall see but I think this might be the thing I have been wishing for
