I don't remember exactly, but I imagine it was around1996 maybe when a friend asked if I had ever seen it, and described it as being 'one step up from stick figures' LOL
Personally, I think the older episodes like that were funnier than they are now.

I remember getting their 2nd run at it after the 1992 prototype, on a VHS when my friend was in college and it was getting passed around before they had a t.v. deal. 1995 I believe, jesus vs santa. I always would watch it and go from thinking they were geniuses then change my mind to idiots multiple times within a show. Haven't watched in a long time.

The new shits pretty funny too they've just gotten a little better at saying things without saying it. The medicinal fried chicken episode was epic. The one when Randy is trying to set the record for largest deuce. "Does bono want the Bitty?" Southpark and Tosh dominate my tivo

I could see that I suppose. The early days every episode was well thought out and funny. Now its hard to see a full season I LOVED. A lot of its great but then they do some shit like the ziplining episode. That was painful to sit through
