Meteor explodes over Vermont with the force of 440 pounds of TNT

Was just telling mysunnyboy about it. I was out on the deck and thought I heard a jet and couldn't find it. Then that was on the news. Usually jets run laps......but this was only once.

Found this on CNN today.....they actually made O2

Perseverance rover just made oxygen on Mars | CNN

The NASA Perseverance rover successfully converted some of the plentiful carbon dioxide on Mars into oxygen as a first test of its MOXIE instrument. After warming up for about two hours, it produced 5.4 grams of oxygen, enough to sustain an astronaut for about 10 minutes.

found a little more info on the MOXIE instrument they used on Mars......rather interesting to say the least....make me wonder what other applications it can be used for and such.....

Venus is slowly climbing into the evening sky. Today is the sixth evening in a row that I’ve acquired it in binoculars.

I probably could have spotted it sooner, but clouds.
