Special K is just the drug ketamine. It used to be an anaesthetic for humans but now they only use it on anaesthesia for animals. It supposedly gives humans nightmares during anaesthesia. It increases blood pressure, heart rate, by inducing the fight or flight response during the episode. It would make the anaesthesiologists freakout trying to figure out what was wrong.

I worked at a pet store like 10 years ago, there was a vets office in the back and We broke in and stole 26 vial of Ketamine. We then proceaded to cook it on a plate over a pan of boiling water untill it powdered. I've never been the same since that night.... JK

Im not picking on anyone but seriously think about the effects both short and long term that the shit you put in ur body will have. Its really not that bad, they used to use it on humans but it caused "bad dreams" and hallucinations...I research any drug before I take it, and anything in moderation isnt that bad!
