hey riu people.i just finished my last grow and i wanted to do it again.here's a breakdown of my set up and strains.
Strains:4 speacial kush#1,1 Vanilla kush,and 1 pinneaplle chunk
System:ebb and flow hydro,using hydroton in containers,seedlings started in 4'' RW blocks
Nutes:the oneness,super thrive,cal-mag,hydroplex,cha ching,open sesame,beastie bloom,ph up&down
Light:seeds were started under 3 t5's,veg under 1-400 watt hps,flower under 1-1000 watt hps
Air/exhuast:130 cfm inline fan sucking air out,10''osilating fan for air movement
im growing in a 4'w by 4'd by 7' h grow tent/darkroom.ill have pics up soon,the seedling are about 10 days old now.

WooooHooooo! Im ready for round 2 man! PineApple Chunk sounds lovely! cant wait to see that!! and Vanilla Kush sounds pretty good too!

i cant wait for that pinn. chunk either,i love skunk crosses and of course any kush sounds good to me,lol.thanks for the comments on the set up,its a work in process.if you want to know any details about the grow,just ask.ill have pics up soon,the batteries for the camera is charging right now.im starting to get a little algea on top of the rockwool blocks so im gonna cut some 6'' squares to cover the pots/rw,peace out

That pineapple express looks really nice. I will be growing out a single pineapple chunk in my next indoor grow. I have to get a tent before I start that probably 4x4 or 5x5 with a 600 watt cool tube. There will be several other strains, along with vanilla kush. Im looking forward to seeing how your plants turn out. I have some of the special kush #1 seeds as well, I just havent decided when to grow them. Maybe in the next batch as well if yours turns out good.

are they all heavy sativa or does that one in the back have a little indica in its genes? cant tell cuz its the furthest away lol

and how long do you plan to veg for?

5 are kush strains so there indica dom and the 1 pinneapple chunk is skunk x pinneapple so thats a hybrid

a few of my girls aren't doing so good,i think its a mag or cal def cause of my crappy tap water,im going to go and get some purified water soon before i run into real trouble.i would of got the good water at first but i just got laid of from my job and tried to cut some cost,but looks like that cant be done.ill get better pics when i get my camera later(old lady took it to work in her purse)

its 2 weeks since the seeds germed and 3 of my girls are doing good.but 3 are not,my vanilla kush,pinneapple chunk,and 1 of my specail kush#1 are having trouble.i got some better pics of the problems and i also put white plastic boards on top of the rockwool to prevent algea growth and send some light back up torwards the plants.the 4 in the back are the specail kush,the one in the front left is the pinn chunck and the one on the front right is the vanilla kush

mine did the same splotching yellowing and curling and drying up from shitty un balanced water(intercrenial necrosis or some thing like that i was told) and i learned the importance of Ph and good water

heres the plants that are haveing trouble.i just changed to good water so i hope they will come back.im pretty sure that it was the crappy tap water wich caused a mag or cal def.i looked up something online and it looks like i have a phosfurous def(the big black patches on the third pic)

RW is a motherfucker lol. I went to hydroton mixed with mini RW cubes (like salad croutons) wayyyyy better. Even if you keep your rez ph at 5.5 suck some samples direclty from the cubes and test them. Bet you they are like 7-8... damn RW is just too Ph unstable, and if water more to correct the PH u end up over watering. Get the roots grown out quick. Put the cubes in pots with hydroton around them, when the roots break free you'll get some relief.

well,its been a while so heres a update.i just started flowering today,i changed the res out and put in some flower nutes.im still running the oneness 5ml/gal,hydroplex1ml/gal,
open sesame1/4tsp/gal,and i still have a little bit of a algea problem so im using 5ml/gal of h2o2(peroxide 3%)

heres an update for you guys.its 1 week flowering and there doing alot better than what they were doing.im still having a little bit of a cal/mag def. but not as bad.algea is still a problem so im still using peroxide to keep it from getting out of control.my new mother plant(raw deisel) in the dirt is also getting bigger,i plan on taking some clones in 2-3 weeks so ill have some for the next cycle.as always comments/questions are welcome and encouraged.

oh yeah,i forgot to tell you guys that heat is kinda high being summer so i have to wait on the 1000watt hps,im still running the 400 for the first 3 weeks or so of flower then when i get my a/c hood ill switch to the 1000 watt hps for the last 4-5 weeks of flower
