What's your budget, and do you want to build your own or buy a kit?
I already have a 3x3 tent setup in a spare bedroom just needing suggestions on a light. Preferrably one that will maximize light/yield and bud quality. & dont really want to spend over 500$ unless its a must. It doesnt matter to me if im building it myself or a kit

Built? 99% of the components are from somewhere other than America. Because the guy screwing the boards onto the heat sink is American and not Chinese it's somehow a different product all of a sudden?
Sometimes it means a lot. If i gave you every part to a diesel engine and the same to a heavy duty mechanic, i would bet he could put it together better than you could. Now thats obviously an over simplification and I mean no direct disrespect, but I cannot see how so many argue the fact that THE MAJORITY of goods that come from China are sub par, regardless of components. The workers are usually better trained in non comunist/history of child slave labor countries. Who is it that is putting these boards together in China? Now does that mean they cannot make a good product? No. Does that mean that spider farmer is not worth buying? I dont know. They claim their 4000 can flower a 5x5...really? In reality it's not good enough for a 4x4 if we are talking truthfully imo if you want FULL potential. And in my country they are asking $800 for the 4000... $800 for a light that cannot flower a 5x5? No I don't think so. why would you skimp out on your ights anyway? Do you skimp out on your genetics? The value of what we create is not low. Lights pay for themselves after the first harvest, and that's in any way you look at it. Medicine or money.

A 315 CMH or the other HID bulbs would work on a budget. But I really like the looks of the Timber for a 3x3, unless you wanna build your own QB setup. All my LED's are HLG, but I like the Timber and ChilLed a lot too from what I've seen.

Alas, the law governing what percentage of a product can be made elsewhere is very high
