How strong are you mixing it? My azamax had a range of applications, anywhere from 5ml to 15ml per gallon. I used it as a foliar spray AND in the nute water. Some people have recommended vacuuming the whole bud. It will damage the leaves, but remove the mites. I would try a combo attack.
Prune the bottom of the plant as much as possible, leaving only the best buds/tops. The idea is to remove anywhere they could be breading/hiding to avoid the spray. Any dead leaf matter should be removed/trimmed as well.
Remove the plants from the grow area, clean out, and spray entire area with miticide. Depending on your area, do what you can.
Wet a cloth and wipe down as much of the plant as physically possible, stems/branch nodes are important. I used a detachable shower head to spray off all the webs/bugs i could find.
Treat the plant with something stronger than you have been using. By spraying with an improper dosage, you may have just made them resistant. Get on ebay, purchase a small bottle of Floramite/Avid. Follow Directions.
I know some people like organic.....but to me, mites are the borg, kill them quickly to prevent more spreading and damage.
Be very careful to keep up your prevention methods once you have contained this outbreak! They will always come back. Also, watch for budrot since you will be spraying them and increasing the humidity.
