Spider mites on seedling?

First time seeing something like this my seedling has been struggling for the past 2 weeks I’ve planted it and today I woke up to spider web all around it ?
is it spider mites ?
If so what’s the most affective way to sanitize the room??

You think it’s mites ? It was only on this plant out of 4
