What do you mean the soil drench?

When you sprayed neem you sprayed the soil generously?

I soaked the flowering plant and the soil with Azamax (not Neem oil)... after this experiment, I recommend lightly misting with a single hand pump instead of soaking with a one gallon Round Up brand spray jug. Then increase your misting as necessary if the problem does not resolve..

One more tidbit of info. I've used neem seed meal in my soil and it's helped to keep the evil mites away after I was mite infected. It's also a good source of N.
