Spider Web Mold Or Fungus (how to kill)

I dont know what to do about this white spider web looking growth taking place in my pots, I dont know what it is of if its harmful to my seedlings, I'm pretty sure its due to the high humidity under the humidity dome (cling wrap).
Does anyone know what I can do to kill this Mold/Fungus without harming my plants, of if it is even a threat, I really dont want to lose this whole batch.
What should I do?

lady bugs and neem oil as a foliar spray both work well (not in that order)

How long did you have the pots without drainage holes? It may be better to replace the soil.

I planted the seeds in the soil and watered them at the same time, 36 hours ago.
should I replace the soil, I watered sparingly, the soil is not soaked, if i drill holes tomorrow morning will it be ok???
