will doing this actually increase resin/trich production. I googled this and read somewhere that acapulco gold got its golden color from this method. Any professional growers try this?
i have heard of girding the stem to get a golden color, idea is to reduce flow of nutrients
i had heard it was done that way for columbian gold, not sure about the acapaulco kind
columbian gold was pretty amazing stuff in its own right
This will help make the stem thicker allowing more potential nute uptake. I kinda did this by accident by pinching my stems with needle nose pliers(trying suppercropping), they split and formed huge knots now i got a 6"-8" plant with 8 tops and a stem almost two times thicker than a pencil.I might try this method... but split the stem then bind it together to heal...anyone ever try that?If I could figure out how to post pics from my phone I'd show you what I got
