spot on one leaf is this a problem?

I am posting a pic of one of my plants. She has got a spot on her bottom leaf. None of the other plants have this problem. None of the other leaves on this plant have this problem too. I just want to find out if I am doing something wrong so I can keep it from happening to the other ones. I am growing in soil. I am using distilled water and the PH is 6.5 for the water and the soil is 7.5. I am using CFL bulbs. the temp is between 75 and 80. It gets no higher than that. I have fans on it too. Please let me know what you think
