spots on leaves diagnosis?

newbie here.... I've got some brown/yellow spots near the tips of the leaves on one seedling, the other seems better no spots, but the first leaves are mis-shaped. I think maybe too much light?

7 gallon air pots
Happy frog soil, with added EWC, perlite, guano
just water ph'd at 7.0
480 watts of LED Kingbrite boards
3x3 room

If I had to take a guess I would say fungus.. Too much moisture.. Pick those problematic leaves off, let your grow dry out properly and keep an eye on new growth for improvements. Perhaps lower your pH, 7 is quite high and may be the cause of your issues
