Does anyone know why my plant has these spots? GG#4 auto outdoor grow

No I am not

Also forgot to say this plant has been outdoor since seedling, currently 4 and a half weeks old , I just bought a greenhouse and a led grow light , I placed it in there to get the extra 4 hours of sunlight for the 18/6 light schedule and within an hour the spot appeared so I turned off the light and took the plant out

Is that the only leaf it's on?
It seems to match where the pot is rubbing on leaf...

Yes it is only that leaf and It looks like its rubbing the pot but there's about an inch of distance
