Last night, an owl checked out the owl box we put up last fall!

My son was so excited he wanted to go see him. I told him well see if he returns tonight. I also got my praying mantid eggs. Screw you Japaneese beetles, those grape vines are mine!!!

I cant wait till daytime temps stay up above 60. I have a plan to bring the cannabis plants in at night so they get 12 hours of dark and get 2 or more harvests by aug.

Just trimmed the grapevines, put in new posts, and wires. Stirred the compost pile and set up about 2 flats of seeds. Getting ready to move the compost from the top of the hill to the garden beds.

Too early to go outdoors here in Portland, but I'll be in El Paso to do some work for a month and plan on putting a few in the soil while I'm there. Who knows, maybe when I go back in the fall I'll have a nice surprise waiting for me.
