sprout burn?

ok i got this sprout not even 2 days old.

the tip of the sprout looks burn and curled just a little.
the stem of it is healthy color green?

the tip has no leafs and its not even an inch tall.


any ideas?

the light was alittle close to it .. fixed it.

I would just transplant them so som peat moss immediatly. I have burned seedlings in the past. Once they show signs its pretty much too late. They wont even fall over they'll just shrivel up.
