Sprouting difficulty

So I planted this seed about a week ago it sprouted in about 3 days and is now stuck like this should I get tweezers and try to remove the seed shell or leave it be thank guys!

leave it for now it should sort itself out. i only interviene if its been a few days, what i do is mist the husk heavily with water to soften it up and then slide a needle between them and kinda pry it off. never had a problem that way.
