Sprouting now. Can I use my 400w MH now? Or....

I have been searching with no luck.

Is the MH to powerful for seedlings(just sprouted today).

I have several lights to choose from. I have 400w MH, 400w HPS, many many different tube FL. Which would be best?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can see some leaves now and I want to use the best light for them.

no leave them under cfl's for a couple weeks

save the $$ and energy and keep veggin them under CFL'S

Thanks guys but I found this thread(advanced search is nice) and I'm gonna make the switch. I will have the light about 4.5' - 5' away from the tops. I grew before with tube FL not CFL(I dont have any of those) but they grew very very slowly.

I wouldnt mind using CFL but I just bought a lot of stuff for the gals and I really dont want to buy CFLs to only use for a week or two... I need other supplies more ; )
