Sprouts falling over/shriveling/dying

So I’ve lost one and the second one didn’t look like it was in good shape, but still alive. I had them in water for 12-24 hours and then the paper towel method for 12 hours with a tail showing. All good so far. Put them in soil with a clear plastic cup/dome over and spray the soil (FFOF) with a spray bottle. They ended up popping up ok, but then after moving them outside for a day or two, they fall over, shrivel, and die. Shoul I still be keeping them inside until they have more than just the Cotyledons?

yeah don't put them outside there dying from lack of water/ sun..its no good spraying the soil unless your spraying alot...plsnts need to harden up before going outside...in future keep them indoors and water at least 50ml for a party cup
