Wow, honestly I'm siding with him on shooting I too have had my house broken into by a man who just robbed a gas station and held my roommate with a knife. People are ridiculous especially these young kids.

We have a 'Make my Day' clause here in Colorado. Any crackheads or criminals that enter my home invited or not will be found there with an expiration date of TODAY. I would much rather be judged by 12, than put in a box and carried by six.

Shit like this is why I arm myself, taught my wife to handle a gun, taught my son about gun safety, have watchdogs, and grow in an outbuilding that is securely locked up. The little punks that tried to rob this guy deserved what they got.

Good response from the home owner. My only complaint is that he used a .22 to start. It was prolly the reason the gun jammed as .22 rimfire is notorious for turning sideways in the chamber. He is lucky it didnt kill him.

Do it right the first time, use a .45 and your attacker will stay down.
