so today is officially the end of week 2, start of week 3.... 14 days... ahh.. thats better... took some pics of course... now its worth it... the flowers are getting more pronouced for sure..

i was looking at my old journal... and based on the first entry i have there and the timing in that journal.. im at least a week and a half ahead in growth.. and gaining ground...

im getting really solid trich production on almost all of the strains... i can tell the super lemon haze is going to have an extended flowering time... compared to the others... i really hope it lives up to the yield and potency claims..

you can also tell i've been tieing the plants down already.. i decided i'd keep them as low as i can to promote as much growth throught the plants as i can get.. even tho i lost 3 of the girls, its somewhat nice because it does give me room to tie them off as i want... its funny.. im working on tieing them down now, and in a couple weeks ill have to start tieing them to support buds....

anyways.. enjoy the new ones... for what they are.. early into flowering byt beautiful

nothing really new to report.. still just tieing things down.. trying to keep lights to really make the most of the grow top to bottom.. growth is great.. the blueberry is coated with trichs... the gigabud smells super lemoney... everything is great...

last night i made some special carrot cake cup cakes and chocolate-peanut butter rice crispy treats.. they are delicious.. and have had me on cloud 9 since i made em... edibles are so nice...

i know it guys i have been ghost. miss yall too bout quit my shitty job 2day. i absolutly hate it. after taxes like 65 a day..moving heavy ass shit into peoples homes. suks balls. cant wait till i can bounce out. i think im almost there.

Those 'special' carrot cupcakes sound good. My daughter is a pastry chef in training,and I get stuck being her #1 taste tester. I usually don't mind, but her last butterscotch/mint truffles are still giving me heartburn just thinking about them. Her heart is in the right place, but some flavors just don't work well together. If there were a few 'special' cakes, I would feel a lot better about trying all of the weird concoctions. Any recipes you care to share?

plant aint what i thought they were i guess thats what i get for puting multiples in 1 pot , so now they are hijack and purple besides my crystal, and also i germinated a lowryder in another room and i got her marked so im going to see how that goes from there. and see if it auto flowers and also im going to pollenate a small node on crystal and see how that turns out if the lowryder is a male and i super croped the 2 small shits.

fuck working a job you arent happy in.. thats why i left the first restaurant i opened.. it was a family thing.. and i was misserable... long story.. but i had to walk.. i help out here and there now... me and my pops worked out most of our issues... so i dont mind.. but make yourself happy bro.. do something you love!

i cheat.. i dont have any "recipes" per say... more just a technique.. i basically just remove all the stems and seeds i can, grind the weed up in a coffee grinder until its powder, and throw it in somewhere...

for the cupcakes i throw it in the batter of course... and just cook them on 300 until they are done... with the peanut butter chocolate rice crispy treats i will give you the recipe...
6 cups rice crispys in a bowl...
melt 1 cup sugar (or less if you want less sweet) in 1 cup light corn syrup over medium heat...
once sugar is melted, remove from heat and add 1 cup peanut butter (more or less depending on desired peanut butter taste) and stir to begin melting PB..
once it starts to melt add weed and mix until PB is melted
pour over rice crispys and stir well
mold into well greased pan until set..
cut and enjoy..

adding weed straight into the mix as i do offers a varying degree of weed flavor, depending on how much you use.. and potency as well... i love strong both so i use a lot.. but its worth it... use cheap mids.... nothing special..



so the girls are filling out amazingly.. swelling so much every night.. getting more and more trichs..

monday will be day 21.... so im going to hold off till then to take any new pics...

that explains part of it... lol glad to know you solved one of the mysterys...

dude my blue mom is gonna yield every bit of a qp. and remember half of her broke off. wouldve been amazing to see the whole thing intact. i cloned that bcbuddepot blue strain, and ive begun to flower quite a few smaller 1's in 2/3 gal pots instead of the bigger 1's. these new 1's were put into 12 12 at about a foot tall , and withing 2weeks have almost tripled in size. its a very leggy producer. although urs looked a little more indica bushy, were mine is coming out like a NBA plant. either way cheers on ur room, and with as many strains as u got, ur gonna be sampling for days in a month or so. its like my rooms,ive put a lot of sweat into maintaning several strains. there all good, so its hard to choose which few to narrow my grows to, but it would be better in a uniform way if i could make the decscion. i decided to keep the job till christmas at least. its giving me a extra boost. might put me in the posistion to pick up the 5 1k lamps i still want, and the split a/c unit, and 240v light controller, and co2. i decided to get these items be4 even thinking about switching to hydro. at that point ill have 6k in the bud room ,and either 1k, 1.4 or 1.6k in veg. than ill work on other plants after all this. i love how the blueberry is looking.. no much stretch at all.. just whats going to be about 1 ft colas... and it bonsia'd out nicely so the entire plant is going to flower.. no wasted space... by monday they should be filled in a bit more.. i can take some better pics...

it has been a battle trying to figure out what to go with strain wise... i think i might get a couple more strains and check them out... i havent decided yet.. but if i do im going to cut it down to 3 strains..

i think when i have the money i am going to buy a coliseum so i can have a second flower room.. well not really a flower room.. but at least a straight to 12/12 room.. i figure it like this.. if i lollipop the girls i have before going into flowering i am going to have a ton of extra cuttings.. i wont have anywhere to put them.. and i need the floor space (to move) under the canopy.. so i pretty much will throw them away.. if i get a coliseum, or build one, i can root those cuttings and throw them in there.. throw a couple more 600's in it, or whatever i would do, and make the most out of everything...

i was also doing some figuring and there is NO way i am going to be able to fit 6 x 600's in the flower room.. i am definitely going with 4 x 1000's... so that'll give me a 2500w veg room and a 4000w flower room... ahhh.. tis a wonderful thought

Howdy SS420, Thanks for the info on the MJ edibles. I can't wait help make the special PB rice crispy treats. How much MJ is enough for a regular batch? A 1/4oz or a 1/2oz? I'd like them to be potent.
My 3 soil to aero girls are growing at an amazing pace. I've got a pic of them on my thread if you care to look. THe roots are wild and the leaf growth is BIG!
My clones are just starting to show nubs/roots, and lots of leaf growth as well just 1 week later.
I had to bring in one of my outdoor Pinny Paralyser girls, because of repeated low-flying MJ detection planes. She is a beauty, healthy, vibrant and budding. I was thinking about washing her roots and finishing her off in an aeroponics set-up. Will I greatly harm/retard potential bud growth by the shock, or is this actually a possiblity? I could just leave her in the small 2 gal bucket of soil and stick her in the flowering chamber, but I thought it might behoove me to try a transfer to the aero system and hopefully produce bigger buds. ANy suggestions?

i use about a 1/2 oz of bud per batch.... 1/4 ounce would be good.. but 1/2 ounce means you can get 2 times as many cripsy treats by cutting them smaller.. or a lot more fucked up eating a good sized one... its been a fun week for sure..

so for this big girl you are wanting to flower... i will say this... shock is dependent on how much the roots get fucked with... so if you do transfer her to your aero system be EXTREMELY gentle... do the same thing you did with the clones... but EVEN MORE GENTLE!!! i cant stress that enough... use some super thrive in the "transfer" water to help reduce shock..

now you are right on about getting it in the aero system.. she'll bug larger in the aero than the soil.. but since she isnt used to being constantly watered she may show signs of over watering... so unless you are sure she's a strong very healthy girl its best to leave her in soil.. but, if you are confident in her, and think she'll do ok, then i say go for it... there's going to be a small gamble moving her... but the healthier she is the better the chances of survival...

it may slow flowering down a little bit.... but it shouldnt set you back to far at all..

damn every day i get more and more excited...

the plants are all producing trichs now...

the blueberry is FROSTED in them and her buds are swelling the most right now... i am thinking i should get at least 5 to 7 ounces off of her... if all her tops end up being as fat as im predicting, she'll probably be the highest or second highest yielder... next to the white shark...

now she's showing a SICK amount of tops... i plan on counting since i wont get lost... its easier to count when i can what im counting...

all the rest of the girls are packing it on too.. two more days until i post new pics... the wait will be worth it...

so i have finally finalized the plans for the flower room and what i am going to do in the future...

the flower room will be roughly 9ftx7ftx7.5ft...

lighting will be the 4 x 1000s... if i used 6 lights i would have a completely covered canopy.. but it would almost cover the entire room with the reflectors i want to use... of course ill use digi ballasts, and running them on a 240v circuit...

the reflectors i want to use are about 2ftx2ft... this will give me a larger foot print... with the size of the room, the foot print of the reflectors, and the fact its covered in poly, ill get great light penetration and coverage...

i am going to redo my current exhaust/ventilation on the veg side (current grow side) so i free up 2 x 6" fans.. ill use those fans on the reflectors... 1 x 6" fan per reflector...

i was considering putting an additional 1000w lamp in the mix.. hang it vertically in the middle with a parabolic reflector... but i dont know how much heat the lights will put off as it is.. so i think i better start with just the 4 of them and see where it goes...

i am using the same ebb and gro system so i can easily move the plants between sides.... i love the 2 pot setup.. it makes things really nice.. and helped me to keep the lights low since i can move the plants around based on their growth rates...

im going to get a little bit larger of a water chiller... since the flower side will be more shut off it will more than likely get warmer.. so i figure a larger chiller will work better at keeping temps down.. and have to work less hard..

i think i might get coco coir after a few grows.. i think i said that earlier in the thread... hydroton is good.. but a pain in the ass to clean... it'd be just as easy to get a medium i can throw out.. i dont think i'll switch to cana nutes tho... i also considered going with chunky perlite... i just worry about it clogging up the system if pieces break off???

i also plan on getting a large air pump and running feed tubes to the bottoms of the reservoirs... this way i can keep the air supplier out side of the res's... this means one last thing to clean weekly....


last plan change is pretty big...

after this grow i am going down to 1 or 2 strains.. im still making decisions on them... right after i get the harvest down and start germing the new seeds, i am going to germ a bunch of auto flower seeds as well.. i am going to throw them into the flower side while the new girls veg... this will give me somewhat of a bumper harvest.. and with the light i can give them it should be a solid bumper...

now, with the profits from that i am going to invest in a clone coliseum... im know i could build one if i want.. but fuck it... i am ready to coast... im thinking it'll be around a 150 clone coliseum..

now the problem has been what to do with the cuttings i take when i lollipop.. trying to figure out where to grow them and use them all.. this is where the coliseum comes to play.. i can lollipop my 2 month vegged plants for flower, root all the cuttings i want from the lollipopped sections, and then throw them in the coliseum.. it'll be another 600 or 1000ws total.. but oh well.. it can be in another room, which will actually be my drying room.. can be expanded to 300 clones, which would pretty much be used only if i had a few mothers just for filling in the extra 150 clones... and even if i only would only get a 1/4 oz per clone it would be an extra 2+ pounds... which would come from cuttings i otherwise would throw away... i just need to get 2 x 100 site ez-cloners...

so yeah.. thats whats coming up in the next 6 months i hope... then i will feel good... i can run a bunch of clones in the coliseum.... extras in the flower room if i have a surplus, a 2500w veg room where i get about a 2 month veg time before flowering, and a 4000w (maybe more) flower room... life will be sweet
