Stabilizing feminized seeds?

How would I go about producing some reasonably stable feminized seeds?

Since there is only one plant involved it better be a stable plant to begin with. Make some fem seeds, grow out a hundred choose the best four, make one a male, pollinate the other three. Repeat.
