Staggered harvest (should I cut?)

Alright, I'm 46 days into flowering on my AK48s, and I'm considering chopping the main bud on one of the plants because it's splayed against the top of the cabinet and I don't have anywhere to move it. Also got some plans next weekend and really need something smoke for then, haha.

It looks decently developed; dense calyx growth around the stalk and far more cloudy trichomes than anywhere else on the plant, and the vast majority of the hairs are red/brown now… My plan is to cut and dry this bud and leave the rest of the plant to carry on developing. Thoughts?

I mean its your choice...

You have to decide whether you want weed more or your want to continue to flower it.

Id get another light up there and keep it going but she will deff get you high if you want to cut the cola down.

I have another two plants I'm not going to touch until they're properly ready, and this one has another four colas lower down… Just trying to justify chopping this cola tonight as something to fill time until the rest of my crop is ready, really. If I could get some bud in time for next week I'd probably leave it, but I'm seriously jonesing for a smoke. :P

If you think it looks like it'll be a good smoke at its current stage of development, then that's good enough for me! Figured it was wise to go ahead and get some opinions here before taking the plunge.

I mean i really dont like cutting the colas off of plants id prefer to get some popcorn buds off the bottom, but if you dont mind cutting off the cola go ahead it will get you high.
