you guys watching the hockey games? or just kobe and the lakers?

even though i live in CA now i was born in pittsburgh and my penguins are in the stanley cup against the detroit redwings.

i was wondering if anyone else was watching or who they were rooting for?

so far detroit is up 3 games to 2 and we are heading back for pittsburgh for game 6

can't believe detroit won 5-0 on game 5 :wall::cuss:
 
I'm hoping the penguins win it. Detroit has won it so many times in the recent past that it's becoming predictable. But the 1 thing about detroit is that they are patient and consistent. By the way who's kobe. just kidding, baseball isn't very popular in canada...........also just kidding:peace::peace:

haha thats hilarious! Yeah man of course im watching the stanley cup (Your gonna get all the canadians in here btw). My two teams are the leafs and the canucks. But im going for pittsburgh because of crosby and malkin.
 
The edmonton oilers are moving in a good direction with quinn. macT was finished a while ago, but they still hung on, I don't know why

I like crosby for his talent but dislike him for the whining. And the wings are due for a stanley cup loss.
 
Crosby has peaked talent wise...If they would have made him work for the big "C" on his chest...he would be a hell of a lot better in a few years...

I've been a red wings fan since i started playing hockey when i was 4...die hard i spose you could say. I'll say the pens are decent...but no way in hell are they gonna win this series...

I myself am a Red Wings fan but I will say that the Penguins have mad talent with Sid the Kid and Evgeni Malkin. They are young and reeeeeeaaaaallly good!

The Wings just have more experience and also some major talent.

I think Pavel Datsyuk's return intimidated Pittsburgh last night because 5-0 is a str8 up ass whippin'.

And i'm just so sick of all they hype about the pens....yeah...they're good...but crosby is not and will never be as good as lemieux.

Lemieux was a fuckin legend man..

The Pens were so good good when they had Jaromir Jagr and Lemieux!!!

Sidney Crosby is young and could become one of the best of all time but he has a ways to go. You can't deny that he is good, opposing coaches change their gameplan because of him.

Detroit just has the veterans to shut him down, Zetterberg and Lidstrom stick to that kid like white on rice man :)

if you watched the pregame lemieux was talking and he was saying that crosby was better than him at that age. if he keeps progressing who knows :o
