You might of left it on for to long.
I was only running mine for like 16 hours a day on one
and 12 hours on the other.
no problems there like 2 weeks old.
Bring it back...

no its way more than 310, on the lowest setting it was pushing out over 1,000 so that ebay page is wrong

I have read about those on other sites and from what ive read those numbers are way off, it is suppose to be equal to about 250cfm, which for $50 is an incredible deal, my 4in inline fan that moves 170cfm and cost $120.

This is what the Stanley blower puts out
CFM on low: 1280, on medium: 1750, on high: 2180

Thats why this thing blows everything else out of the water
for price compared to CFM's

I agree, there is just no way those numbers are right. 2180 cfm is a ridiculous amount of air. My 8" centrifugal only does 740, and squirrel cage fans suck compared to centrifugal

A Centrifugal Fan is a Squirrel cage Fan.

Those are nice blowers, but you can't compare Apples to Oranges.
This is a Mod. with the Stanley blower. it's use is not intended to be hooked
up to a heating duct. If it was then the price of it would go up for sure.
As for the CFM's, It puts out. I'm just going off what the link I posted says.
I don't think they'd make up some numbers for what the CFM's are.

a 13 x 13 x 13 area = 2197 sq. ft.

I was looking into a exhaust fan to cool my 400 watt MH thank you topfuel29 your advice with the hot glue gun and 4"X6" reducer with the $" dryer hose worked magic, my small 5X5 room was getting to be 100 to 110 degrees and now I am back at a nice 78 to 80, this thing really work amazing and I am not very smart with wiring and hooking up thing but this was just common sense, I got 2 4"X6" reducers one for the Stanley and one for the vented hood and just hot glued the 4"X6" to the blower and duct taped the other one to the hood connectd the dryer hose and then even used the same dryer hose sixe for the square part and cut the sides to fit with duct tape and it really works. Thanks for all the advice
