I do have plenty more
I would redo that and fill it up close to the top. You’re going to tie down to the pot. So you want you’re plant above the pot as much as possible.

leaves room to water etc.

Hopefully these aren’t autos

Not autos. I grew some autos outdoors this year and do not like them at all lol

I would repot and fill it up closer to the top. Wait for it to be dry enough to water and fix it. You will be glad later when you’re watering and trimming.

What kind of soil? What kind of nutrients? Those poor little things are severely stunted and not healthy. They are more the size of a 3day old than 3 weeks. I wouldn't worry about lst at all, those are not going to get big enough to worry about if you don't get their situation rectified.

I don't know anything about that soil. I googled it and apparently they have numerous different types. But nutes are always needed, regardless. I use Fox Farms Ocean Forest. Some people claim it's too "hot," yet I start my seeds in it and then start supplemental fertilizers when the plants are about 1 1/2 weeks from seed.

Your plants are tiny for 3 weeks and are very pale, like they are lacking nitrogen. Here is a shot of one of my plants at 3 weeks. They are in 5 gallon pots for reference.

I'm not sure what to tell you. How is the ph of the water going in? And the runoff? What kind of lighting? I would definitely start them on veg food high in nitrogen at the very least.
