Doesn't look like the buds had a chance to swell. It'll be easier to tell once it's trimmed.

I really think I should have waited another week or two... So I agree it was early but I feel like it was still within the window. Idk though. I had about 10% amber trichs and swollen calyxes.

Swollen calyxes sure bud not swollen buds. It's easy to harvest early because it's possible to be checking the wrong trichomes. Too many white pistils is a good sign of not swollen. To check the right trichomes the calyxes they are on have to be developed.
