Starting from seed useing Rockwool Cubes

Okay I'm starting my seedlings in rockwool Cubes 2 x 2 how soon do I put them in my hydroponic Rainforest 66 system. Do I put them in immediately when the roots start coming out the bottom. Also when should I add my nutrients.i will be useing flower power

I would not even use rockwool to start your seedlings.

Sorry it took a whole 24 hrs for you to get a response, don't folks understand there's no room for patience in cannabis growing! I don't personally use your system or grow in rw but I did find this step by step guide to growing cannabis in rock wool on wiki, maybe it can help you
