Starting indoors, confused about lighting cycles

I'm starting my plants under CFL's and transplanting them outdoors after three weeks. What light cycle would you all suggest?

I was debating doing 18/6 but I'm nervous they will start flowering once outdoors due to less light. (We get about 14 1/2 hours of light in early may)

Solid Indica. I'm inclined to think you would be fine with 18/6, but I just don't know. That is a very interesting question.

I'd say it would be safe to mimic the outdoor conditions currently. For me right now that would be about 13/11.

Figure out how much light/dark your area is currently getting, and then set your timers to mimic the outdoors so it wont flower (you will have to keep adjusting the duration of light to stay accurate).
