Starting perpetual grow... Looking for advice

So i am going to be starting my first indoor grow and as of now i am leaning to going with the sea of green grow meathod. i have 2 4x4x8 rooms to work with, i can only put tents in them(cant disrupt the room), was thinking of dividing 2 4x4x7ft 8inch tents in half.

For instance tent A top would be mothers
bottom would be clones
Tent B top and bottom would be flowering
all areas would be 4x4x3.75ft roughly

I would like to have 4 mothers under a 400 watt mh, as well as my clones under a 400 watt mh.

For my flowering i want to do 2 600watt hps lights in cool tubes, 6 or 8inch(thoughts). my concern is keeping them cool enough in a 4x4x3.75 room and being able to grow clones directly from rooting without them growing to close to the 600 watt lights. Perhaps go with 400 watts in cool tubes, but budgets not an issue really and i want to grow as best as possible.

The plan is to cut either 12 clones every 2 weeks and keep the best 8 and introduce 8 fresh clones every 2 weeks, or to cut 24 clones a month and introduce 16 fresh clones a month. Either way i plan on having 16 flowering plants from clone in both the top and bottom of my flowering tent.

I am aiming for 8 ozs a month minimum! After a few harvests with my strains and dialing everything in i hope to get between 12 and 16oz a month total.

For strains i am doing world of seeds yumboldt 47 and wos landrace afghan kush, i own these. and i wish to purchase jack herer and cinderella 99 as my 4 mother lineup.

Was wondering if i can get any insight on all aspects from SOG growers or anyone with copious amounts of small indoor grows!!!

Ask any questions left out tons of info, or give any and all suggestions please!!!!:blsmoke:

i suggest not breaking the rooms up too much. you can veg moms and clones in one room and flower in another. I have a perpetual i just setup and im just starting to flower my first round. The big thing i didnt think of was a place to dry/cure. you will need a place thats is dark and temp/humidity controlled as well as sealed ans scrubbed. Just think about it. you will be drying all the time. try to have as large of a flowering area as possible as this can have a big impact on yield size of limited space grows. I found that I could play with the numbers as my veg growth provided enough clones to do whatever #'s I wanted with a small # of moms. Seems like you have a good idea of what you want. My #'s are kept to whats legal for my med grow so im trying to max yield wit a set # of plants. my .02

i am sorry chasmtz, the two closets i speak of are actually inside a closet, kinda weird to think, but you walk into a 5x5 room and off of that ill have 2 4x4 rooms, so i am going to put a 2x2x6 tent in the 5x5 room as my drying and curing tent, as i will be constantly drying and curing in a perpetual grow, i hope that is big enough for my sea of green harvests.......
Out of curiosity i was wondering what your able to pull per plant, after drying and curing, using the sea of green method?
