You are going to need supplemental lighting until the end of May in your area or you will flower. Happened to me last season but I planned on it.

I figured i would sow the seeds in april indoors in 3 gallon pots.then in may put tlhem in the greenhouse with the string light coming on at like 3am that would be best for me.would that work? Again im in central cali and i want them to stay in veg till at least mid july.will this work.im useing 17 gallon diy air pots.i

Ok, so Ive been doing some research as far as best amount of light to keep your babies in before throwing them outside, and I hear 14 hours would be great then putting out in may, but then I heard that if you keep your plants in 14 hours light, they will flower. I feel like if you kept plants under 14 hours light from they day they are germinated, they will not flower. Does anyone have actual experience with doing this? Im, really trying to figure out what works but Im getting so many mixed ideas.
